# Proposals and Voting Proposals and voting will be on snapshot.org Quorum will initially be 15% of all DAO tokens backing a proposal to graduate to a full vote. Proposals that meet this threshold will be brought to full vote within a week as long as the relevant committees don’t require changes. A vote requires a simple majority to pass. Most activities (actual work) in the DAO will be undertaken by those with specific roles or by committees.
